Tread has been matched with a double precision rigging that offers one of the smoothest rotations in the industry. Swivel sports a high-class three layered finish: brass, nickel, and chrome. Rigid comes standard in zinc. Green tread color. 90-96 Shore A. Wheel center is constructed of polyolefin.
